All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and unique. Small variations in color, shape, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are part of each piece’s individuality.

We do our best to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the real product.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, as each piece may be made or finished by hand. Once shipped, delivery times depend on destination:

• North America: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Other regions: 10–21 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping conditions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted and often made to order, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Glimmerhollow@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work to make things right via replacement, repair, or store credit when appropriate.

We cannot accept returns due to change of mind or expected handmade variations.

6. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items (such as engraved or made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review your custom order details carefully before confirming.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and written content on this website are the property of Glimmer Hollow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
