1. Shipping Origin

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our main workshop. Each piece is handcrafted, inspected, and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

2. Shipping Carrier

We partner with YunExpress for international deliveries. This service provides reliable cross-border shipping with tracking for most destinations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.

3. Processing Time

Since each item is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipping. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days
  • Other regions: 14–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All listed prices on our website are inclusive of customs duties, taxes, and import fees. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. Our goal is to provide a transparent shopping experience with no unexpected costs for our customers.

6. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to appear in the system.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers once the package has been shipped. However, if your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at Glimmerhollow@outlook.com, and we will help initiate an inquiry with YunExpress.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped, and any reshipment fees caused by incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
